Barrels
Our barrel range is manufactured in the heart of Burgundy by
Tonnellerie Rousseau, a leading cooperage run by ‘Meilleurs
Ouvriers de France’ (Best Craftsmen of France).
The barrels include the Expert range, ideal for maturations
between 6 & 10 months. Their unique seasoning of woods and
special toasting creates a moderate oak impact on impact on red,
white and sparkling base wines – ideal for the UK market.
